OVers that are damaged or defective through no fault of your own(production defects only) are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order(Date of purchase/delivery). Each OVer goes through 3 quality checks and are fully inspected for any defects in production or fabric before being packaged. The OVer company will grant a full exchange for a new OVer upon viewing the image of the flaw and at the full discretion of the OVer company. 


•The OVer company will not replace or exchange with a different print than what was originally ordered/shipped.

•The OVer company will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We will work with Canada Post to claim insurance and replace your OVer.  This timeline depends on the speed of Canada Post to resolve the claim. Usually within 5 days of placing the claim.
